This is the first time we have featured an artist other than Tom on the cover of the Dispatch in the newer booklet format. It is also the first time we have asked an artist to specifically produce a piece for this purpose. We contacted Miguel Angel Reyes — a true friend of ToFF — who is not only an exceptional artist but also a diligent community activist. He is a man of incomparable integrity and generosity — he donated the below drawing to the Permanent Collection — and a lovely human being.
