There are a number of ways your Tom of Finland Foundation mailbox
can be configured.
1) Simple mail forwarding: Most people prefer this option. Mail sent to your Foundation address is forwarded to the mail account you specify. If you respond to those messages, your normal e-mail account will be used. 2) POP (point of presence) account: This requires configuration of your e-mail program, but allows you to both send and receive messages with your Foundation e-mail address. This option is useful when sending and receiving official correspondence on a regular basis. 3) On-line access: You can access your e-mail account on-line through your browser. This option is especially good for people who wish to access their Foundation mail from multiple locations. Some combinations of these options are also possible. For example, mail forwarding can be sent to more than one address. It is also possible to forward mail and keep a copy on-line. |
